I started my career wanting to solve the problems of the world. I studied engineering and thought technical solutions and products might be the way to go. And while I learned a lot, and enjoyed getting my hands and clothes dirty on site, I realised that engineering technical solutions wasn't for me.
But my fundamental drive to do good in the world hadn't changed. So I moved into management consulting. And under the tutelage of some exceptional consultants, I found a different path to impact - through strategic business decisions. Instead of designing the next big thing, I was helping leaders make choices that really mattered, choices that could shape a better future for us all. Now, I feel privileged to work with clients who've got their hearts set on solving real social problems. Whether they're big players or small ventures, for-profit or non-profit, they're all focused on making a positive difference. So, how do I do what I do? It's simple. I ask questions that can spark a lightbulb moment. I frame complex concepts into clear, simple ideas. And I bring together diverse groups to align on an impactful path forward. Whether it's articulating your strategy or aligning your organisation, designing new programs or evaluating old ones, if the problem is worth solving, I want to walk alongside you to help you solve it. |
